All of our shipments are insured and tracking number is provided.
Because great care is put into packing your new awesome magical items we require up to 3 business days after you have placed your order for processing your order. Once your order is processed we will ship it out to you.
(**This excludes crystals, rocks, stones and pendulums. All stone products cannot be returned.)
We understand that things happen and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of package receipt to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping and it is your responsibility to purchase tracking and insurance for the items coming back to us.

We will not accept returns that have not been properly authorized. We will inspect the items and credit your account less original shipping.
Because crystals and metal absorb energy we do NOT accept returns on crystals, rocks, pendulums, crystal jewelry, etc.
We apologize for this ahead of time. We describe our crystal products as accurately as possible with pictures, measurements and weights.
We encourage you to call before making a purchase and we will even facetime or skype so you can see the product before purchasing.
Not all of the crystals we have in stock will be available for shipping, because of the complexity of the crystal clusters. We would not want it to get damaged. These items will be available for store pick up only.
This is a bummer, but it does happen. I know I have received shipments at my home, and I have wondered if the shipment carriers were playing soccer with the boxes.
This is why all of our shipments are insured. Please keep all packaging and contact shipping carrier to start a claim. It is very important to keep all packing material until the claim has been processed completely with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will be responsible for the financial product reimbursement to you, because once a package leaves us we cannot be responsible for what happens during shipment's journey to you.

We all know things do happen. If a clothing item or bag did not perform the way it was supposed to (ie zipper broke, shirt shrunk and now it fits a barbie doll instead of you, bag spontaneously exploded, embroidery decided to pack a bag and go on vacation leaving your bag looking empty and heartbroken.) please let us know and we will allow for store credit or product exchange up to 20 days after purchase. As long as it was through no fault of your own. You cannot throw the bag or shirt into flames and see if survives, or go shark diving and then return it to us saying it was the items fault :)
Please obtain a valid Return Authorization and we will inspect the item upon receipt.
